Our
BELIZEL Conversion Kits doesn't modify or remove your existing
diesel tank. You still
can run on your existing diesel tank & switch back and forth whenever you want.
You can even add regular diesel to the
BELIZEL Tank for extended cruising if you
run out of VO while on the road.
All BELIZEL Conversion Kits include an installation instruction manual & a CDROM with plenty of information on how to properly filter your WVO.
Installation costs start at $350. Installation usually will take 1-3 days, depending on the vehicle and additional options.

Using our 6 Gallon
BELIZEL Tank & manual
fuel selector switch, you can convert your water cooled diesel tractor, backhoe,
front loader, bulldozer or generator to run on VO. Start up your tractor on
diesel & run it for 5 minutes to warm up. Then flip the manual switch & perform your farm chores or construction all
day long on veggie-diesel! The 6
Gallon BELIZEL Tank can fit behind some
seats, strapped to the side or mounted on top of the hood.
It comes with 7' of Hoses, instructions,

This kit will work on most heavy construction vehicles &smaller water cooled generators & tractors.

If you will only be using a small amount of VO, or have limited trunk space, then a 6 Gallon BELIZEL Tank is the perfect size. It contains everything our larger tanks have, just with a much smaller VO tank size. The tank can be mounted in the trunk, truck bed or in some vehicles, mounted right inside the engine compartment taking advantage of the extra heat generated by the motor.

This is the classic size suitable for both cars and trucks. It fits in the trunks of small passenger cars like the VW Diesel Jettas & Mercedes easily as well as all truck beds. It holds 12 gallons. I sell more of these then any other size, so if you are not sure what tank to get, get this one!

OPTIONS & ACCESSORIES:
VO Temperature Sensor & Gauge $125.
+ GST
Measures the temperature of the heated coolant after it passes through our heated BELIZEL Tank & our heated fuel filter. The hotter the VO is, the better, and it needs to be at least 120-170F before it reaches the Fuel Pump. Although this Temperature Sensor is not required, it will give you the necessary information so you know when it's hot enough to switch & at what temperature it really is getting heated to in your particular vehicle.
Comes with Temperature Gauge, mounting bracket, light, adapter & fittings for your 5/8" coolant line, hose clamps & installation instructions. You will need to drill a hole through your firewall of your vehicle or use one of the punch outs to run the cable into the vehicle for the gauge.
Electronic Fuel Gauge with Sending Unit $225. + GST
We can install this here when we manufacture your 6, 12 or 15 gallon BELIZEL Tank, or you can install it yourself with basic tools. This includes the Electronic Fuel Sending Unit, Fuel Gauge for your dash, and wires with instructions.
Installation cost at time of purchase or installation of BELIZEL Kit: $50.
Electronic Fuel Gauge (no Sending Unit included) $75. + GST
* Note: The 27 & 50 Gallon BELIZEL tanks already have the electronic sending unit built in, so all you need is a gauge (with no sending unit)
Spin On 10 Micron VO Fuel Filter $35.
+ GST
For the Goldenrod 495 Filter System included with the BELIZEL Kits. This is the replacement spin on cartridge that filters down to 10 microns.
* NOTE: Most of our kits have this kind of filter, but we also supply some kits with different filters that use a 10 micron Wix spin on (i.e. Wix 33115) or a 10 micron pump spin on (i.e. Cim-Tek 7004). For those, simply take the number of the spin on to your nearest auto parts dealer & he will have it or can order it for you. All of these filter down to 10 microns.
Clear In-Line 10 Micron Fuel Filter $10.

We put one right after the BELIZEL Tank to make sure the fuel is extremely clean before it reaches your pump. This one located by the BELIZEL Tank will clog first, & is less expensive then our Heated Fuel Filter to replace. So it is wise to always carry a spare! This filter ought to last you over 3,000+ miles before clogging with properly pre-filtered WVO.
These work with gasoline & diesel fuels as well & some vehicles only use these for their fuel filter. They are larger than most clear inline filters & allows you to see what's going on with your fuel.
* Note: No hose clamps are included, just the clear filter
Extra Hoses
We supply each kit with a generous amount of hose that should be enough for most cars and trucks. If you think you'll need more (i.e. for large buses, dump trucks, tow heads, etc), let us know & we'll make up a custom length for you with the additional length at the per foot price. We can supply you with all 3 hoses, or just the individual coolant and/or fuel line hoses.
To determine the length of hoses, you'll need to measure the distance from the engine compartment where the heated fuel filter will be mounted, & back to where the BELIZEL Tank will be mounted. We include enough hose length with each kit for most vehicles & the most commonly mounted locations for the tank & filter. If you need more there is an additional cost per foot for more hose. Let us know before so we can custom make up your hoses to the proper length if you desire more.

For 3/8" Fuel Line Hose $3.00 per foot
We also can supply you with additional stainless steel hose clamps for $1.50 each for either size hose.
INSTALLATIONS:
For most vehicles, the installation will take from 1-2 days. We
need to mount the
BELIZEL Tank, the heated
VO fuel filter & other components which can take up most of the day. Then we
need to get the engine up to regular operating temperature & let it cool down
several times to purge all the air out of the coolant and fuel lines. If we need
special mounting parts or accessories, it can be an extra 1-2 days more while we
wait for those parts to get shipped here.
This also involves driving it at highway speed to push all the
water/coolant through the new hose & "burping" the air out so it doesn't cause
a vacuum. This takes some time while waiting for the engine to cool down & the
air to get purged. We need to do this for the coolant line, the VO fuel line,
plus the return loop line we install. Then we check for air leaks, & make sure
all is in good working order.
We will supply a small amount of vegetable oil for testing the overall system & getting out the air leaks, but you will need to supply your own VO or purchase from us any additional vegetable oil to fill your tank at the current going price per gallon.
Once it is in good working condition & has been road tested, we'll go over the system with you, making sure you understand how it is all put together, how it works and show & tell you what you need to do to keep it working properly.
Installation Cost at time of purchase for BELIZEL Conversion Kit: $350.
NOTE: We make regular trips to Belmopan & Belize City monthly. During these runs, we can also do installs on your vehicle & carry up the BELIZEL system for you that you have purchased. Contact us when you are ready to purchase & we'll set up a date to do your install.

For installed kits, custom kits & out of stock kits, a non-refundable deposit for the BELIZEL Conversion Kit which must be paid before we start to build your custom system or install it in your vehicle.
We also get backlogged (up to several weeks) from time to time, & if you want to be put on the waiting list, you'll need to prepay first to hold your place.
