We’ll manage it for the first three years to help get you started off right, build you a Mayan style thatch hut (cabana) that you can vacation in while visiting your teak Plantation or even to live in full time, plus set you up with a Belizean Corporation. All of this you will own and control 100%.
Unlike many other teak farm investments, you will own the underlying land with a proper deed, the thatched hut and have a Belizean Corporation setup in the name of your choosing that you fully control. You can benefit from any increase in the real estate value and enjoy your land for personal vacation use or to live in.
