There are two (2) different styles of cabanas that we will build for you as part of your investment. These include basic framing and simple finishing, a Cohune thatched roof, simple bathroom (toilet, sink, tiled shower), a small deck with an open air tropical feeling. it will have basic plumbing and electrical wires run throughout the cabana, but you will have to provide your own solar power (or generator) as their is no grid electricity there. It will be very similar in design to what some resorts are using as their cabanas, but will have a more rustic and casual feeling. A simple drywell for grey water with a leach field designed to safely grow bananas and plantain, and a small composting toilet will be built as part of the investment package.
You can add interior walls, more elegant finishing, more decking and any addition that you wish (or for additional fees we can customize it for you).
